Elsie Miller was born in 1810 in Kentucky and died in Bitterwater, California, on 28 Feb 1878. She was married to Henry Chamber, Sr., and her daughter was Nancy Chambers Evans. Her parents were Jacob Miller (1762-1828) and Priscilla Estes (1770-1863).
